本服務主要提供「AI 結合場域導覽」體驗:展方可透過我們的 https://seeulair.com 平台建置導覽資料並進行內容訓練;參觀者下載本 App 後,可透過現場 QR code 或辨識提示 取得導覽資訊與辨識資料,並使用 AR 掃描與 AI 物件辨識觸發互動內容(文字、圖片、影片、3D 模型等), 以及與 AI 虛擬導覽員進行即時問答與解說互動,以個人步調取得所需資訊、提升觀展體驗。
使用本服務即表示您已閱讀、了解並同意本隱私權政策。如您不同意本政策的任何內容, 請停止使用本服務。若未成年,請在家長或法定監護人同意與陪同下使用本服務。
1. 我們蒐集/處理的資訊
本服務不提供帳號註冊或登入功能,一般情況下您不需要提供姓名、電話、電子郵件 或其他可識別個人身分的資料即可使用核心功能。因此,我們不會在正常使用流程中主動蒐集 可識別個人身分的資訊。
然而,為了啟用特定功能(例如 AR 掃描、AI 對話),您的裝置可能需要提供相關權限或資料輸入。 以下說明各類別資料的處理方式與目的。
1.1 相機使用(AR 掃描/辨識)
本服務會使用您的裝置相機進行 AR 掃描與畫面辨識,以偵測展覽相關圖像、標誌、提示圖(marker)、 展品特徵或展示元素,並在您的裝置上顯示對應的數位內容與互動入口。
- 辨識作業以裝置端即時處理為主,相機影格僅用於當下的辨識與互動呈現。
- 我們不會儲存、上傳或備份任何相機影像或影片,亦不會在背景錄影或拍照。
- 若您不授權相機權限,部分功能(例如 AR 掃描)可能無法正常運作。
1.2 使用者輸入(AI 對話互動)
本服務提供 AI 導覽/問答功能,讓您可透過文字輸入與 AI 虛擬導覽員互動。當您使用 AI 對話時, 您輸入的文字將用於即時產生回覆、解說、導覽資訊或與展覽內容相關的問答。
- 您的文字輸入可能會傳送至我們的伺服器或第三方 AI 服務進行處理,以生成回覆。
- 我們強烈建議您不要在對話內容中輸入任何可識別個人身分或敏感資訊, 例如:姓名、電話、地址、身分證字號、金融帳號、健康資訊等。
AI 回覆品質可能會受到輸入內容、展方所提供/訓練資料、網路狀態等因素影響。本服務並非為了蒐集 或建立個人身分資料而設計,請您避免在 AI 對話中分享敏感個資。
1.3 我們明確不蒐集的資訊(正常使用情境)
為了更清楚說明,本服務在正常運作下不會主動蒐集以下資料:
- 帳號密碼或登入憑證(因本服務無登入系統)
- 麥克風錄音(本服務不以錄音方式蒐集語音內容)
- 精確定位資料(GPS)
- 通訊錄或聯絡人資料
- 用於廣告投放的識別碼(例如廣告識別碼)或行為追蹤用資料(本服務不使用第三方廣告聯播網)
2. 我們如何使用資訊

KingOne Interactive Technology values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed when you use L'AiR TAG-AI Space Guide. We aim to be transparent and to handle information responsibly and only to the extent necessary to deliver the Service.
The Service is designed to provide an AI-enhanced on-site guidance experience. Exhibitors may build and train content through our platform at https://seeulair.com. Visitors can scan on-site visual cues (e.g., markers, signs, exhibits) to trigger digital content such as text, images, videos, or 3D models, and can ask questions in real time through an AI guide to obtain contextual information at their own pace.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the Service. If you are a minor, please use the Service with consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
1. Information We Process
The Service does not provide account registration or login features. You are not required to create an account or submit personal profile details to access core functions. Accordingly, we do not actively collect personally identifiable information (such as your name, phone number, or email address) as part of normal use.
Depending on how you interact with the Service, certain information may be processed to enable specific features. The sections below describe what may be involved and why.
1.1 Camera Access (AR Scanning / Recognition)
The Service uses your device camera to support AR scanning and on-screen recognition. This enables the Service to detect exhibition-related visuals, markers, signs, or display elements and present corresponding digital content on your device.
- Recognition is performed locally on your device.
- Camera frames are used only for real-time recognition and interactive display.
- We do not store, upload, or back up any camera images or video.
If you do not grant camera permission, some features (such as AR scanning) may not function as expected. The Service does not record videos, take photos, or save camera frames as part of recognition.
1.2 User Input (AI Chat Interaction)
The Service provides an AI chat feature for interactive guidance. When you use the AI chat feature, the text you enter is used to generate real-time responses, explanations, and guidance.
- Your text input may be transmitted to our servers or a third-party AI service for processing in order to generate responses.
- We recommend that you do not enter any personally identifiable or sensitive information in the chat (e.g., name, phone number, address, ID numbers, financial data, or health data).
AI responses may vary based on your input, exhibitor-provided/trained content, network conditions, and other factors. The AI chat is not intended for collecting identity information. Please avoid sharing sensitive data in chat messages.
1.3 Information We Do Not Collect (Normal Operation)
For clarity, the Service does not collect the following types of information as part of normal operation:
- Account credentials (because there is no login system)
- Microphone audio recordings
- Precise location data (GPS)
- Contacts or address book data
- Advertising identifiers for ad targeting (we do not use third-party ad networks)
2. How We Use Information
We use information only as necessary to provide the Service and support its intended features. We do not use information for advertising profiling or unrelated marketing purposes. Specifically, we may use information to:

- The Service does not store any camera images or video frames.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or anonymize it where appropriate.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures may include access controls and other safeguards designed to protect information.
